When can I expect my order?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is automatically calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address.
Delivery will take 1-3 business days after the order has shipped. All delivery lead times are estimated.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Delivery to some postcodes and outlying areas outside Klang Valley may take slightly longer. For further details on delivery lead times.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the estimated delivery date and tracking number. You can also view this information by signing in to online Order Tracking Tool to track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.
What time will my order be delivered?
Deliveries are made between 9 am and 5 pm.
You can check the estimated delivery date and carrier by visiting our online Order Tracking Tool for the latest status of your order. Velsat is unable to provide an exact time of delivery. Our carriers cannot make a call prior to delivery.
I need my order now, Can Velsat speed up the delivery?

I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?
As the item has only just been shipped, it may take up to 24 hours to show on the website. Also, note that if you have ordered several items, these may be shipped separately according to stock availability. For the most accurate delivery time of your item(s), please refer to its respective product page.
Does VELSAT offer international shipments?
International shipment is not available at Velsat at the moment.
Can I pick up my order at Velsat office?
Velsat provide you with a self-service delivery location to pick up your orders.
Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?
For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address. If you choose to deliver to your office, please include the business name in the shipping address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception. Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.
Signature on delivery
Most of our shipments contain valuable computer equipment. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address. If you choose this option, please include the name of your business in the address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room. Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.
What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?
In case of any problems with your delivery, VELSAT will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please call the Velsat Customer Service.
What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
